This video is the third of five in the ‘Flour Story’ series. Richard Trudgen explains the production and manufacture of flour. This covers harvesting, storing, grinding, and sale including making of legal contracts between parties. It looks at how contracts between private companies is the same as aspects of Yolngu traditional economic law. It also discusses the difference in nutritional value between white, wholemeal and multigrain bread and traditional Yolngu bread.
